Admissions & Enrolment

Every child will be expected to take an Admissions Test and an interview with the parent before being offered a place at the school. Previous school reports will also be reviewed.

The enrolment process is as follows:

1)      Receiving and reviewing admission form from applicant

2)      Receiving and reviewing student report from previous school (Jamiatul Uloom Al Islamia will administer this)

3)      Admission test

4)      Interview with student and father

5)      Notification of approval/negation of enrolment

If the applicant is successful in his application, he will receive written notification, along with other documentation pertaining to the school, including a student handbook, school academic calendar and school timetable. All pupils enrolled in the school will also go through the process of Re-Admission on the grounds of Behaviour & Effort. This will be assessed at the end of the Spring Term every year. If the child does not pass the Re-Admission’s criteria, a letter will be sent to the parents and arrangements will have to be made for the child to be transferred to another school before the beginning of the Autumn Term.
